Mother’s Day is almost upon us – though I think every day is Mother’s Day because it’s not just the birthing of the baby, it’s all the other stuff that follows – the loving, the diapering, walking the floor in sickness (or just crankiness), feeding, loving, raising, educating, clothing, praying – did I say loving? And, so much more. Sometimes mothering is done by other than the birth mother, depending upon the situation. Not only sharing is caring, but mothering is also caring, more than they’ll ever know. Let’s show Mom how valued she is this Sunday (Monday thru Saturday is good, too).
